These terms govern the use of the TOPTVONE website and its features for video discovery, programming, search and playback.

1. Purpose of the service

TOPTVONE offers an interface for discovering and organizing video content from third-party services. The service may present content as channels, categories, selections, rankings, searches and channel-surfing experiences.

2. YouTube content

When content comes from YouTube, TOPTVONE uses YouTube API Services and the official embedded YouTube player. TOPTVONE claims no ownership of YouTube videos and does not download or rehost them.

Use of YouTube content and features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable Google/YouTube rules and policies.

3. Availability and changes

Content, rankings, categories and features may change, become unavailable or be removed. TOPTVONE does not guarantee that any particular third-party content will remain available. Third-party providers may apply their own restrictions, advertisements, controls or terms.

4. Permitted use

Users agree to use TOPTVONE lawfully and not to attempt to bypass technical protections, quotas, restrictions, official players, intellectual property rights or terms imposed by content and API providers.

5. Intellectual property

The TOPTVONE brand, interface and original elements remain protected by applicable rights. Videos, brands, logos, thumbnails and other third-party elements remain the property of their respective owners and are presented according to the features and permissions of the services concerned.

6. Personal data

Data processing related to TOPTVONE is described in the Privacy Policy. That page explains the use of YouTube API Services and links to Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services and advertising

TOPTVONE may integrate third-party services, including hosting, video and advertising services. Those services remain subject to their own terms. TOPTVONE is not responsible for a third-party service's content, changes or availability beyond matters directly controlled by TOPTVONE.

8. Liability

TOPTVONE aims to provide a functional and compliant video discovery experience. Subject to applicable mandatory rules, the operator cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors, including those originating from networks, APIs or third-party platforms.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, its providers or legal requirements. The update date appears at the top of this page.
