Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 3, 2026

TOPTVONE is a web service for discovering and organizing video content. This policy explains which data may be processed when you use the service and how TOPTVONE uses third-party services, particularly YouTube API Services.

1. Data processed by TOPTVONE

TOPTVONE may process technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as connection, browser and device information and technical logs. Search terms, selected categories and interactions with the interface may be used to provide the service, improve navigation and avoid redundant technical requests.

TOPTVONE currently does not require visitors to connect a Google or YouTube account to use the site's public features and does not use OAuth 2.0 to access a visitor's private YouTube account data.

2. Use of YouTube API Services

TOPTVONE uses YouTube API Services to search for, identify, organize and display YouTube content. YouTube videos play through the official embedded YouTube player; TOPTVONE does not download or rehost YouTube videos.

By using TOPTVONE features that rely on YouTube, users acknowledge that use of YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

3. Data obtained from the YouTube API

TOPTVONE may receive public data associated with content through the API, such as video identifiers, titles, thumbnails, channel information, public statistics and other metadata needed to discover and display content. This data is used only to provide and improve TOPTVONE's discovery, ranking, search, programming and playback features, in accordance with the rules applicable to YouTube API Services.

4. Retention, updates and deletion

TOPTVONE limits the retention of technical and API data to what is necessary for the operation and security of the service, permitted caching and improving the experience. Cached data is updated or deleted in accordance with the relevant providers' applicable requirements. TOPTVONE does not store YouTube OAuth tokens for visitors because the current service does not request Google/YouTube sign-in.

When TOPTVONE holds personal data directly linked to a user, requests for access, correction or deletion may be sent to the operator using the contact details or methods published on TOPTVONE. Legitimate deletion requests are handled within applicable legal and technical obligations.

5. Advertising and third-party services

TOPTVONE may use third-party services needed for hosting, video delivery, technical measurement or advertising. These services may process information under their own policies. When Google advertising services are enabled, their processing is subject to Google's applicable privacy rules and choices.

TOPTVONE uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits to public pages: pages viewed, referring site, approximate country, and browser or device type. This measurement uses Vercel’s cookieless service. Search terms, video titles, and private link parameters are removed from reported page URLs; only UTM campaign identifiers may be retained. This integration sends no viewing events or personal playback history. Learn more about the data processed by Vercel Web Analytics.

6. Cookies and local storage

The site may use cookies or local storage technologies needed for operation, security and preferences and, where enabled and permitted, measurement or advertising. Applicable consent choices are respected under current regulations.

7. Security

TOPTVONE takes reasonable measures to limit unauthorized access to the data and technical keys used by the service. Sensitive identifiers and keys are not intended to be publicly exposed.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when TOPTVONE features, third-party services or regulatory requirements change. The last update date appears at the top of this page.
